We have Successfully Commissioned India’s first 100 TPD Tunnel Kiln (for DRI Commercial Production) at MAHALAXMI TMT PVT. LTD, Wardha, Nagpur, Maharashtra. The first Product came out on 2nd September 2012.
We have designed & Commissioned India’s first Tunnel Kiln with indigenous technology at MAYUR ELECTRO CERAMIC PVT. LTD, Rairangpur, Mayurbhanj, Odisha (50 TPD Tunnel Kiln). The first Product came out on 12th August 2013. Pending Patent of Tunnel kiln for reduction of different minerals.
We have a patent for DRI Lumps & Fines Bagging System incorporating Magnetic Valve. This Bagging System has successfully runs at Orissa Sponge Iron & Steel Ltd & Narbheram Steel & Power. This system is under design for Patnaik Minerals Pvt. Ltd., Keonjhar.
We have done the engineering, designing, manufacturing & commissioning of Fluidized bed furnace with our associated company Corrosion Protection Pvt. Ltd., for removal of LOI from Iron ore Fines for CSIR-IMMT, Bhubaneswar.
